Bungo Premium subscription

Terms of sale

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the subscription to and use of the paid "Bungo Premium" subscription offered on bungo.fr to streamers using the Bungo Twitch extension.

The extension can still be used for free without a subscription. Subscribing implies full acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any other document.

2. Seller

The service is published and sold by DevEngine Studio, a sole proprietorship (micro-entrepreneur), SIRET 90808435300030, located at 3 côte de la garonne, 33310 Lormont, France, reachable at alexis.vignot@devengine-studio.fr.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

3. Service description

Bungo Premium gives the subscribed streamer's Twitch channel access to: every power in the game (including Premium-exclusive powers), choosing the powers in play and the rarity odds, up to 100 events per list and 20 saved lists, gifting a chest to every player, the full OBS alert (image, sound, animations, no Bungo mention) and detailed channel stats.

The service runs on the Twitch platform and depends on it. Bungo is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc. and cannot guarantee Twitch's availability. Features may evolve; an essential feature will not be removed during a paid period.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on the subscription page before any order: monthly plan at €4.99 per month, yearly plan at €39.99 per year.

Discount codes may be offered; they apply under the conditions shown when entered. Any price change is notified by email at least 30 days before it applies to the next renewal; the subscriber may cancel before that date.

5. Free trial

A channel's first subscription may include a free trial whose length is shown on the subscription page (14 days at the date of these terms). A payment method is requested at signup, but nothing is charged during the trial.

If the subscriber does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid and the first payment is charged automatically. Only one trial is granted per Twitch channel.

6. Order and payment

Subscriptions are taken from the Streamer dashboard, after logging in with the channel's Twitch account. Payment is processed by Stripe; Bungo never has access to the subscriber's card details. Payment is made by card or any other method offered on the payment page.

Invoices are available at any time from the subscription management page.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription runs for one month or one year depending on the plan, then renews automatically for the same term unless cancelled.

The subscriber can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from the Streamer dashboard, "Subscription" tab, "Manage my subscription" button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid period; no pro-rata refund is made, except under the right of withdrawal described in section 8.

For the yearly plan, the subscriber is informed by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date, of the option not to renew, in accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code.

If a payment fails, Premium access may be suspended until it is settled. In case of a serious breach of these terms or of Twitch's rules, Bungo may terminate the subscription after informing the subscriber.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer subscriber has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Bungo goes beyond this obligation: the subscriber can get a full refund of their first payment on simple request, within 14 days of that first payment, even if they have already used the service. The subscription is then cancelled immediately.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement (for example the form below) to alexis.vignot@devengine-studio.fr, including the channel's Twitch username. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

9. Subscriber obligations

The subscriber agrees to comply with Twitch's terms of service and community guidelines, and not to use the service (event texts, alert images and sounds) to spread illegal or hateful content or content infringing third-party rights. They guarantee they hold the rights to the images and sounds they use.

10. Availability and liability

Bungo uses reasonable means to provide access to the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of Twitch or the hosting provider.

Bungo can only be held liable for proven fault, and its liability is limited, except in case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to the amount paid by the subscriber over the last 12 months.

11. Personal data

To provide the service, Bungo processes the streamer's Twitch ID and username, their channel settings and their subscription status. Payment data is processed solely by Stripe. For more information and to exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion), see the legal notice or write to alexis.vignot@devengine-studio.fr.

12. Mediation and disputes

For any complaint, the subscriber can contact Bungo at alexis.vignot@devengine-studio.fr. If no amicable solution is found within one month, a consumer subscriber may use the consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C (Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, https://www.cm2c.net, in accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, a consumer subscriber may bring the matter before the court of the place where they lived when subscribing or of the place where the damage occurred.
